Caribou Manager-
The Caribou Coffee shop is scheduled to open Mid December 2023.. The Caribou Coffee manager will be responsible for assisting in hiring the team and promotion of the brand in a new market. This position will be full time and must be able to work flexible shifts including every other weekend. Previous coffee shop management experience preferred including ability to lead teams, manage costs, market product, excellent customer service and knowledge of coffee. Duties include but are not limited to providing an excellent customer service experience, assembling hot and cold beverages, basic food preparation, adhering to Caribou guidelines, ordering, merchandising, scheduling, troubleshooting, leading the Caribou team, and other duties as assigned. Must be 18 or older to apply.
Meat Manager-
Full time position must be available to work every other weekend. Previous meat manager experience preferred. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail a must. Responsibilities include but are not limited ordering, cutting, grinding, wrapping, pricing product, and stocking meat cases, merchandising product, checking dates within the department, meeting with vendors, training and supervising staff, working with other store management staff, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to work in cooler temperatures for an extended period of time.
Evening/Weekend Cashier-
Part time position, must be available evening and weekend hours. Duties include but are not limited to ringing up orders, collecting payment for groceries, customer service, facing the shelves, light cleaning duties, and other duties as assigned. Must be 16 or older to apply.
